Description

Enzymes – strong, specialized protein molecules – which are produced by bacteria and fungi, amongst other things, act as accelerators (catalysts) for a series of biochemical processes in which the molecules take on other forms.

With the help of the biocatalyst Enzymes, the cellulose and pectin groups in the dead parts of the plant, e.g. the root, are broken down more quickly. This releases numerous nutrients that are useful for the soil micro-life and for the plant itself.

Since the root absorbs nutrients from the surrounding micro-life, the stimulation of this micro-life represents an increase in the absorption capacity of the plant. The micro-life expands, so to speak, the absorption surface of the root.

A good root system has many more young branches through which the plant absorbs bivalent elements such as calcium, magnesium, and iron. On the other hand, the micro-life offers a certain protection against pathogen attacks.
